SSC in its role as Program Management entity, and on behalf of USF, is issuing this Invitation to Negotiate solicitation (Solicitation) notice seeking to establish multiple Continuing Contracts for Construction Management
Services, as defined by Florida BOG Regulation 14.001, with multiple firms to provide construction management services, as defined by and in compliance with any and all applicable laws, for minor projects at all USF locations.
