INDUSTRY DAY ANNOUNCEMENT FOR:



Abrams Integrated Logistics Services (AILS) Fielding Support Services



For PM Abrams





The U.S. Army Contracting Command Detroit (ACC-DTA) and Project Manager Abrams will host an Industry Day event for the forthcoming Abrams Integrated Logistics Services (AILS) Fielding Support Services Request for Proposal (RFP) on Thursday, 15 May 2025 beginning at 0900 EST. This event will be held on Selfridge Air National Guard Base, address: 43156 Wagner Street, Selfridge MI - Dining Facility (Bldg 164). Questions related to the draft RFP will be addressed and there will be a showcase of the requirements that will be covered by the resulting contract. Source Selection Sensitive information will not be discussed during this event.





Attendance is free and open to all industry attendees regardless of NAICS classification. Due to building constraints, this is only an in-person event, nothing will be shared or presented electronically the day of the event.





The Government posted a draft RFP, W56HZV-24-R-0035-2 on 27 March 2025. This can be used as a reference for industry feedback prior to the Industry Day event.





INDUSTRY DAY REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:





A maximum of two (2) individuals per Company will be permitted to register. Only registered individuals will be admitted into the meeting. Companies must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to attend the event.





**Pre-Registration is mandatory in order to attend Industry Day.





When submitting pre-registration information, please include “AILS Industry Day Registration” in the email subject line.



The Government will confirm receipt of your registration within one week of submission.





Please submit the following information electronically via the AILS Industry Day Registration excel attachment to Jaclyn Beach, jaclyn.j.beach.civ@army.mil no later than close of business 1 May 2025.

  2. Company Cage Code

  3. Individual attendee's full name

  4. Individual attendees title

  5. Attendee Date of Birth

  6. US citizen (yes/no)

    1. IF NOT A US CITIZEN please provide the following:

      1. Country of origin

      2. Passport #

      3. Native/local ID #





  7. Drivers License/ID Number

  8. State

  9. Individual attendee's e-mail address

  10. Individual attendee’s phone number

  11. Identify whether your company is a U.S.-based firm along with the address of your U.S.-based headquarters.

  12. Do you wish to have your company name included on a list of attendees to be distributed to conference attendees?

  13. Submit pertinent questions or issues that you wish to have discussed during the Q&A element of the Industry Day presentation. Please see important information below regarding the publication of questions and answers.



Prior to Industry Day, you may submit questions/feedback via electronic e-mail to jaclyn.j.beach.civ@army.mil. Use the following format for your question submittals:




  1. E-mail subject line should read "AILS Industry Day Question/Feedback."

  2. All E-mail shall be submitted in an organized manner directly in the text. Label each question/feedback with a reference to the specific paragraph or section of the RFP and/or any of its attachments. If the question does not relate to a specific section of the RFP, then label the question with a general subject matter reference.

  3. Keep questions brief and to the point.

  4. Do not send information marketing a firm's capabilities. These will not be accepted.



We will attempt to answer all questions at the Industry Day event publicly. Attendees will also have an opportunity to submit questions during the event, however it is highly recommended to submit questions ahead of time. After the event, the Government will post all Questions on SAM.gov within a week after the event.



The AILS Industry Day agenda will be posted prior to Industry Day.
