The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP)is for the TDEM to acquire emergency debris removal monitoring services due tocatastrophic circumstances and to eliminate immediate threats to life, publichealth, safety and to public and private property. TDEM intends to obtaincompetitive sealed proposals from qualified bidders who can provide emergencydebris monitoring services.
