Delineated Area:

North: Starting at the intersection of Flint Rock Road and Serene Hills Drive, go east on Flint Rock Road to Highway 620.

East: From the intersection of Highway 620 and Flint Rock Road, south on Highway 620 to Bee Cave Parkway, east on Bee Cave Parkway to Highway 2244 (Bee Caves Road), west on Highway 2244 to Highway 71.

South: From the intersection of Highway 71 and Highway 2244, west on Highway 71 to Serene Hills Drive.

West: Serene Hills Drive from Highway 71 north to Flint Rock Road.

Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance/0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as [“100-year”/“500-Year”] floodplain).

Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
