The U.S. Embassy in Windhoek hereby provides the following pre-solicitation notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: Domestic cleaning services at several U.S. Embassy residences in Windhoek. The contractor/vendor shall provide all mentioned services as per the detailed Statement of Work, which will be added when full solicitation is published.
The U.S. Government may award the contract, based on the initial offer, without discussion. The resultant contract will be an Indefinite Deilvery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type of contract for its duration. The U.S. Government plans to issue the solicitation on SAM.gov and on the U.S. Embassy website, towards the end of April 2025. Please see RFQ for actual response date.
