Project Description: CWU – Lock Haven invites General Contractors to download documents for this project.
Work for the Project shall be accomplished by a Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute and shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
Work included under this Project consists of exterior concrete repairs to above grade piers, demo and new work for canopy extension, demo and new work for flight of stairs from existing landing to existing pavement, demo and install of new inlet pipe and pave for drainage.
Work shall be accomplished by a Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contractor and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University.
A mandatory Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on September 30, 2025, at 10:00 @ 95 W. Fourth St. Facilities Building Lock Haven PA 17745.
Electronic Bids are due no later than 1:00 PM, EDT on October 28, 2025, through PennBid located at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/
