NOTICE OF LEASE SOLICITATION
FALLS CITY MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
The Falls City Airport Authority is accepting sealed bids for the lease of approximately 92
acres of agricultural ground located at the Falls City Municipal Airport.
The lease term will run from March 1, 2026, through February 28, 2027, subject to airport
operational restrictions and renewal options as outlined in the lease documents.
All bids must be submitted on the official bid form provided by the Airport Authority. Bid
forms and lease documents are available at the City Clerkâs Office, 2307 Barada Street,
Falls City, Nebraska, and online at www.fallscitynebraska.org/bid-postings
.
Sealed bids must be received by 2:00 PM on March 2, 2026. Bids will be reviewed and
considered for award at the regular meeting of the Falls City Airport Authority on March 4,
2026. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
