Place of Performance:
This is NOT a request for proposals (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ) or Invitation to Bid. The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to request industry comments for a Transportation services IDIQ for Hawaii to Midway, with included small boat services for drop offs at islands along the way. The proposed Single award IDIQ will be set aside for small businesses under NAICS:483111, Deep Sea Freight Transportation, size standard 1,050 employees.
