Project Description: The City of Sandy Springs is seeking qualified service providers to deliver a broad range of printing and related services under an annual contract with four (4) renewal options. Services include marketing and informational materials such as brochures, flyers, large-format posters, banners, and A-frame signs for wellness events, career fairs, and public meetings. Business communication essentials include business cards, custom letterhead, and various envelope types, including special tax mailer envelopes. Public and event-specific materials encompass holiday cards, citation logs, permit forms, and training booklets. Specialized printing services include blueprint scanning, blueprint printing on foam boards, and printing security guard documents on specialized paper. Event-specific and custom products, such as foam boards for presentations and printed materials tailored to business licensing needs, are also part of the scope.
