Submission of quesitons from site visit conducted on Janurary 16th 2025 with answeres provided by the government.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all other
items necessary to perform all operations in connection with the inspection, testing, recharging, and maintenance
of installed wet chemical fire extinguishing systems. At a minimum, the contractor will be trained and certified in
the maintenance of each pre-engineered fire suppression system in accordance with (IAW) the manufacturer’s
installation and maintenance manual and licensed as required by Florida Statutes, specifically Title XXXVII, Section
633, and Rule 69A-21. Contractor shall only be paid for actual service performed against this contract and approved
by the government. The estimated quantities of work are listed in Appendix E1. The contractor shall maintain
accurate records for all installed systems. Records of maintenance shall include all information required in
referenced publications listed in the performance work statement (PWS).
