Sources Sought for Fourteen (14) digital storage oscilloscopes (DSOs)

The Contractor must provide fourteen (14) digital storage oscilloscopes (DSOs) in accordance with the below minimum requirements of the Government stated below:

1. Must provide eight (8) entry-level DSOs having four analog input channels with
   
   
   
   1. At least 200 megahertz (MHz) bandwidth
   
   
   2. At least two (2) gigasamples per second (GS/s) sample rate
   
   
   3. At least two (2) megapoints (Mpts) memory depth
   
   
   4. At least eight (8)-bits of Analog to digital conversion (ADC) resolution
   
   
   5. A display of at least seven (7) inches (in)
   
   
   
   


2. Must provide four (4) mid-level DSOs having four (4) analog input channels with
   
   
   
   1. At least 200-megahertz (MHz) bandwidth
   
   
   2. At least five (5) GS/s sample rate
   
   
   3. At least four (4) megapoints memory depth
   
   
   4. At least eight (8)-bits of Analog to digital conversion (ADC) resolution
   
   
   5. A display of at least 12 inches
   
   
   
   


3. Must provide two (2) high-level DSOs having eight (8) analog input channels with
   
   
   
   1. At least 500 MHz bandwidth
   
   
   2. At least 16 GS/s sample rate
   
   
   3. At least 100 megapoints per channel memory depth
   
   
   4. At least 10-bits of Analog to digital conversion (ADC) resolution
   
   
   5. A display of at least 15 inches
