Solicitation Summary
DHS seeks to participate in an Intergovernmental Cooperative
Purchasing Agreement (ICPA) utilizing the OMNIA Partners’ Strategic Management Consulting Services contract (OMNIA) to procure the services of an established firm to provide comprehensive analytical support. The Department of Human Services (DHS or the Department) is issuing this solicitation to bring innovation and efficiency across programs and operations within the Department. By issuing this solicitation, SSA seeks to obtain services designed to enhance the time workers spend serving families, reduce time and costs associated with non-critical tasks, and leverage new and emerging innovations and technologies to continue to build upon DHS’s legacy of service.
