The City of Redwood City is solicitating bids for the Vera Avenue Bike Boulevard Project.
This project involves traffic calming and safety improvements along Vera Avenue from Alameda de las Pulgas to El Camino Real. The work for this project consists generally of curb extensions, curb ramps, roadway reconstruction, accessibility improvements, asphalt speed cushions; installation of thermoplastic pavement markings, Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFBs), and raised traffic circles at multiple intersections.
