The MUHA wishes to construct a New 334 Calhoun medical office building and ambulatory surgery center consisting of outpatient surgery and procedure rooms, diagnostic and imaging services, multispecialty clinical exam rooms, a pharmacy, and support services. This facility will be located at 334 Calhoun Street at the former Charleston Center. The facility will also be designed to support future Research spaces, which will be designed and constructed outside the scope of this RFQ.
