Residential Elevator with Installation

The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City has a requirement for a Residential Elevator to include furnishing all labor, insurances, material, vehicles, equipment, and services.

The anticipated performance period is for one year, with one year option period, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

The Government is planning a ​Site Visit and the date and location for this visit will be in the solicitation.

All contractors are to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
