Addendum 2 serves to update ITB Section 1.09 Site Inspection to add: A site visit is currently scheduled for June 30th at 11:00am AST at the Ft. Wainwright project location. Vendors who intend to participate in the site visit must notify Jonathan Comfort at 1(907)428-7697, no later than 4:00 PM, Wednesday, June 25, 2025. If no vendors confirm attendance by the stated deadline, the site visit will be cancelled, and a subsequent addendum will be issued to formally notify all potential offerors.

Addendum 1: This addendum is being issued to change the ITB site visit time to June 30, 2025, at 1100 AKST.

The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), Alaska Army National Guard, Facilities Management Office (FMO) is soliciting for bids from qualified vendors to provide Janitorial Services as specified in the attached Invitation to Bid (ITB).

Deadline for Receipt of Quotes: The current deadline for receipt of quotations in response to this ITB is 2:00pm Alaska Time on July 2, 2025. Information on submitting quotes can be found in the attached ITB. Late quotes will be rejected.
