Solicitation Description:

The State ofTexas, by and through the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC),for and on behalf of the Department of State Health Services (DSHS), seeks asingle Contractor to provide Newborn Screening (NBS) Goods and Services, inaccordance with the Scope of Work (SOW) and other requirements contained inthis Solicitation, to include laboratory NBS Equipment; NBS Testing reagentsand Consumables; and a NBS Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) toassist DSHS in performing NBS Testing.
