FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES PROVIDER. The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District is seeking proposals for a facility management services organization to assist in the operation of its 13,000 square foot office (and grounds). The purpose of the RFP is to identify a facilities service provider with experience in providing consolidation of vendor responsibilities, continuity in operational processes and procedures relating to building operations, asset management and capital project planning with the goal to reduce facility operations maintenance and repair costs, while at the same time maintaining or enhancing service quality.
