The Port is soliciting proposals from firms interested in providing consulting and technical support services relating to the Port’s Enterprise GIS on an as-needed basis. The Port licenses Esri’s ArcGIS suite of software and integrates with Microsoft Dynamics 365. The POT anticipates awarding (1) one personal service contract.
