Project 1:The project is a complete roof removal and replacement at the Virginia Department of Corrections Powhatan Correctional Center (State Farm) Administration Building in State Farm, VA. The replacement includes a new EPDM roofing system, new roof drain installation, new scupper installation, new roof curb installation, and removal of any abandoned roof penetrations.Project 2:The project is the replacement of the roof of the Admin Annex (HR) building at Powhatan Correctional Center (State Farm). The project includes demolition, removal of debris, and installation of new EPDM roof with related flashings and curbing on the entire roof surface.
