Scope of Work: Replacement of existing built up and modified bitumen roofing on buildings A, B, & E with Owner Supplied single ply roofing materials. The work will include removal and disposal of the existing roofing and flashings, new insulation, sheet metal flashings, and new single ply roofing system at West Valley Elementary School.
