APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District (NAB) seeks to determine the interest, availability, and capability of potential sources to satisfy an upcoming requirement. The requirement is for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of HURREVAC managed by the FEMA/USACE National Hurricane Program. HURREVAC stands for Hurricane Evacuation and is a restricted-use computer program funded by FEMA and USACE for use by government emergency managers to track hurricanes, support evacuation decision making, and provide data and information to support hurricane emergency management planning and operations. In addition, the Real Time Evacuation Planning Model (RtePM) is hosted on the same cloud server used to
host HURREVAC. RtePM is a restricted-use, web-based transportation model designed to capture the impacts of traffic flow along a regional roadway network and calculate hurricane evacuation clearance time.
