Design, Development and Operation of Outdoor Adventure Focused Business

The Government of Saskatchewan (“Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport”) has an opportunity available for prospective proponents to design, develop and operate an outdoor recreation focused business on a portion of Mount Blackstrap at Blackstrap Provincial Park. The Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport (PCS) envisions innovative proposals that will provide a memorable experience for park visitors.

When considering recreation-focused tourism opportunities, think about the type of features that you look for to make your visit memorable and unique. What is missing? What would you like to offer park visitors? Are you ready to create an opportunity that will create lifetime lasting memories? Be sure to capture all innovative ideas. Out of the box thinking is highly encouraged. Some examples are ziplines, giant slides, trampoline park, toboggan run, snow maze but we will consider any outdoor recreation activities.
