This is a notification that an award has beem made IAW 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1), Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition. This contract was awarded to Merchants Foodservice (DBA Performance Food Group (PFG)) (Cage Code 7T383), to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to customers in the Louisiana/ Mississippi region. This contract, SPE300-25-D-3007, will have a period of performance from February 16, 2025, through January 31, 2026. or until the award of a new contract. This is a Justification and Approval (J&A) for full line distribution and is being posted IAW requirements of FAR 6.305. A copy of the J&A is attached to this notice.
