THIRD
PARTY DEBT COLLECTION SERVICES

The South Dakota Bureau of Human Resources and Administration is seeking offers from qualified collection firms to perform debt collection services on delinquent amounts owed to the State of South Dakota (State). The selected Contractor will collect debts assigned to them by the State’s Obligation Recovery Center (ORC). The ORC is the initial collector of debt held by the State. Debts which the ORC is unable to collect will be assigned to the Contractor.

The Bureau of Human Resources and Administration (BHRA) is the issuing office for this document and all subsequent addenda relating to it, on behalf of the State of South Dakota. The reference number for the transaction is RFP # 25RFP11629. This number must be referenced in all proposals, correspondence, and documentation relating to the RFP.
