1. SOLICITATION TYPE: Request for Quote (RFQ), written Quotations for award of a Commercial Service, Single Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ), Multiple Year Contract. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart (FAR) 12.6, 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and this will be the only solicitation that will be issued.

2. FEDERAL ACQUISITION CIRCULAR: The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-06, Effective Date 29-AUG-2024.

3. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: This contract will provide native seed collection and delivery to facilitate the restoration of native vegetation in National Park Service Colorado units.
