Description

This notice is published IAW FAR Subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions.





The U.S Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the procurement of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Border Patrol (USBP), Tucson Sector, Pest Control Management Services. This requirement is to procure services to prevent and control a wide variety of arthropod and vertebrate pests including but not limited to cockroaches, termites, ants, fleas, stored product pests, mosquitoes, mice, rats, bats, bees, and wasps at all twenty-three (23) U.S. Border Patrol Tucson Sector locations. The services are being procured IAW the stated salient characteristics included in the Statement of Work (SOW). It is the intent of CBP to procure commercially available services.





The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 561710 - Exterminating and Pest Control Services which has a size standard of $17.5M Dollars.





It is anticipated that a firm-fixed-price, contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures.





It is anticipated that a Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued via the System for Award Management (SAM) as a total small business set-aside.





The solicitation documents will be issued on or about February 25, 2025.





All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.





In order to be considered for award, vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Vendors not already registered in SAM are strongly encouraged to register as soon as possible.
