Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a single source Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract utilizing full and open competition procedures for the engine overhaul and repair services for the forty- three (43) CFM56-7B24 engines, in support of the C-40A Aircraft. This formal Request for Proposal (RFP) follows the Sources Sought posting (N00019-23-RFPREQ-APM-207-0106) of 13 December 2023, the pre-solicitation draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) posting of 18 April 2024 (N00019-24-R-0057), and the Draft RFP release (N00019-24-R-0057) of 30 July 2024. Please note that Draft Solicitation N00019-24-R-0057 is now herby known as Solicitation N00019-25-R-0015. Interested parties may submit questions using the Enclosure (1) ?Industry Worksheet? Excel file no later than 4:30pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 25 October 2024 to ensure Government responses are provided. The Government cannot guarantee any subsequent questions will be addressed. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to ensure timely Government receipt. The Government is not responsible for responses to questions for which the Offeror did not receive submission confirmation from the Government. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with all solicitation requirements no later than 4:30PM EST on 20 December 2024. Proposals received after this deadline will be excluded from consideration.THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT, NOR WILL THE GOVERNMENT PAY FOR ANY INFORMATION SOLICITED OR PROVIDED.
