The Maryland Stadium Authority is leading a comprehensive redevelopment of the Pimlico Race Courseto transform it into a year-round, world-class racing and community destination.
This project has a 35% MBE participation goal, with subgoals of 8% African-American and 11% woman-owned. Only MBEs certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) will count towards the goal. This is also a prevailing wage project.
