Project Description: The Town of Horizon City, Texas ("Town"), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide a comprehensive Governmental Internal Revenue Code Section 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan for eligible employees of the Town of Horizon City and the Horizon City Economic Development Corporation (“EDC”).
All proposals must to be received by the indicated Close Date and Time. Proposals may be submitted online through the Bonfire platform or delivered to the Town of Horizon City, Texas Purchasing Department. RFP Notice, specifications, related documents and additional information are provided on Bonfire.
Any change in the RFP will also be posted on the Bonfire e-Bid website as an addendum. It shall be the respondent’s responsibility to check the e-bid system prior to the opening date to verify whether any addendums have been posted.
