The County of Bath, Virginia (the âCountyâ), is requesting electronic sealed proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional services via an âon-callâ basis, open-ended contract. Projects may be any that are within the scope of various professional disciplines, but are anticipated to be primarily site design, water, sewer, building systems planning, studies, design, contract administration assistance, topographic surveys, boundary surveys, easement surveys, preparation of plats for small construction projects, small building construction and renovations, and development of recreational facilities.
