This project consists of removing two existing 72-inch CMP culverts at Bow Brook Trail and Pioneer Lane. These two existing culverts will be replaced with precast concrete box culverts.

MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING:
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 25th, 2025, in the Town of Indian Trail at 315 Matthews-Indian Trail Road, Indian Trail, NC 28079. Attendance at this meeting is required in order to bid on this project. The meeting will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m.
BID DEADLINE:
Sealed Bids must be received by the Town’s Engineering Department at 315 Matthews-Indian Trail Road, Indian Trail, NC 28079, no later than 10:00 a.m. on September 3, 2025, where the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Conference Chamber. The Project Manual, in its entirety, shall be submitted for bid consideration.
