BEGINNING AT A POINT ON US ROUTE 7 IN THE TOWN OF MILTON AT THE US ROUTE 7 AND CENTRE DRIVE INTERSECTION (MM 3.655) AND EXTENDING APPROXIMATELY 2056.67 FEET IN A NORTHERLY DIRECTION ALONG US ROUTE 7 ENDING AT MM 4.044.
