Steel Shed-Furnish and Erect – Kennedy Dells Park

The Rockland County Parks Department is seeking a Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and incidentals necessary to:

• Furnish one (1) Red, prefabricated cold-formed steel storage shed, C-Channel Building: 24 feet wide x 30 feet long x 12 feet eave height with a 3:12 pitched roof, manufactured by General Steel or approved equal.
• Erect the building in accordance with the manufacturer’s drawings, specifications, and engineering requirements.
• Prepare site and install a concrete foundation/pad as per the shed manufacturer’s engineering foundation design, including any subgrade preparation and reinforcing steel if deemed necessary by the manufacturer.
