The work covered by these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials to prepare the surfaces and paint the walls and ceilings in Building 1403 at Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, AL. The work will be to investigate the causes of the restricted water flow in the sewage system of building M1403. The contractor shall be responsible for performing all operations to include all areas as indicated in strict accordance with these specifications and applicable drawings and subject to terms and conditions of the contract.
