This RFQ is for a base with 2 option years, quotes must reflect the base with 2 option years to be considered.



The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL), located in Washington, DC, is seeking a support agreement that ensures timely replacement of hardware components and access to expert technical assistance for configuration recovery. Specifically, in the event of a hardware failure—such as a hard disk drive (HDD) or any other component listed in the attached spreadsheet—we require replacement hardware to be provided within 24 hours of failure notification.



In addition, if a hardware failure results in loss of configuration or impacts system functionality, we require access to professional software support. This includes assistance from qualified engineers to help restore system configuration and operational integrity for any equipment covered under the agreement (e.g., SAN/NAS systems, switches, servers, and storage components).



The attached Bid Schedule that outlines all hardware that must be covered under this support plan.
