Project Description: The Department of Human Services (DHS), on behalf of Allegheny County, invites Proposals from existing and new providers to provide services and solutions funded by the Opioid Settlement Fund (OSF). This RFP will be continuously open to accept Proposals aligned with approved uses described in Exhibit E, Schedule B of the Pennsylvania Opioid Trust Order. Approved uses include treatment, prevention and a wide range of other strategies intended to address the opioid epidemic and related harms.
Proposals must be submitted electronically on DHS's Bonfire Portal. Please see the RFP for more details.
