Project Description: Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit: Granite School District (GSD)
The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to: Seek bids from responsive and responsible contractor to replace an existing roof mounted Air Handling Unit (AHU) at the GTI Annex Building according to the attached Project Manual, specifications, and drawings.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Pre-Bid Meeting: Attendance is required - THURSDAY, MAY 22, 2025 at 10:00 AM Mountain Time - See Project Manual document.
Expenditures over $50,000.00 require GSD Board approval. It is anticipated, award recommendation will be presented at the June 3rd board meeting. Final award will be issued after board approval is given.
