NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract KRESS CREEK REGIONAL FLOOD CONTROL FACILITY – NORTH WEIR IMPROVEMENTS 26-081-SWM on or before September 18, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at valerie.calvente@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Electronic signatures are allowed, and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

DuPage County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures. Bidders shall be responsible to confirm

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) Stormwater Management is seeking bids to provide site improvements at its Kress Creek Regional Flood Control Facility – North Weir structure. The project generally consists of the removal of an existing beaver dam and re-establishment of the originally installed gabion weir station. The awarded bidder shall be responsible for furnishing parts, labor, and materials required to perform work detailed in the plans located on the following pages.
