Project Description: The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda (AHA) is requesting bids for five (5) rooftop HVAC
package unit replacements and one (1) uninstallation, removal, and reinstallation. The work shall
be completed in coordination with a separately contracted roofing contractor performing roof
replacement at the same location during the same project period. The anticipated duration of
onside work is five (5) consecutive days, subject to weather and field conditions.
