Americus Fire Station #2
1312 Southerfield Rd. Americus Ga. 31709
Out for bid: Approximately 3250 sq.ft. of Epoxy Flooring
Bid Requirements:
Bay Floor 1600 sqft
1. All flooring, glue, paint, and any old coatings shall be removed.
2. Machine Grind entire area
3. Patch any damaged areas with epoxy patch material
4. Regrind patched areas
5. Vacuum the entire area
6. Apply Sherwin Williams #3460 to the manufacture¿s recommendation
7. Apply Sherwin Williams HTS topcoat
8. Apply lines and markings with same top coat
Living Area Floor 1650 sqft
9. All flooring, glue, paint, and any old coatings shall be removed.
10. Machine Grind entire area
11. Patch any damaged areas with epoxy patch material
12. Regrind patched areas
13. Vacuum the entire area
14. Apply Sherwin Williams #3460 to the manufacture¿s recommendation
15. Apply chosen media flake
16. Apply Sherwin Williams #3746 UV resistant Epoxy
17. Apply Sherwin Williams HTS topcoat
All materials and waste disposal shall be provided by the vendor along with any machinery rental.
