Project Description: The City of McKinney, Texas is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk firm to perform typical and complete Construction Management services in conjunction with the design and renovation and/or construction of McKinney Public Safety Facilities at multiple sites. The CMAR will work with the City entities, staff, and any appropriate consultants. Estimated Budget for this project is approximately $6 million.
