Bloomfield Hills School District’s Board of Education will receive firm prime contractor bids to provide architectural trades to facilitate The BP26-02 South Hills Courtyard Site Work.

Documents may be viewed through BuildingConnected on or after May 4th, 2026. If you need assistance viewing or obtaining them through BuildingConnected, please contact support at the following link.

Bids shall be delivered electronically through BuildingConnected no later than May 19th, 2026 at 1:00 PM. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud via the following link, starting @ 1:00 PM. If you have problems with the link email Matthew Montalvo. The Board of Education will not open, consider, nor accept a bid received after the date and time specified for bid submission.

All Bidders must provide a Familial Disclosure Affidavit, Iran Economic Sanctions Act Affidavit of Compliance and Bid Bond. Upload this information to the Bid Proposal on Building Connected. The district will not accept a bid proposal that does not include this information.

The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bid Proposals, either in whole or in part; to award the Contract to other than the low Bidder; to waive any irregularities and/or informalities; and in general, to make awards in any manner deemed to be in the best interests of the Owner.
