NEW POLICE FACILITY FOR UPPER SAUCON TOWNSHIP

Project Description: Upper Saucon Township will receive sealed bids online via the PennBid Program for A NEW POLICE FACILITY FOR UPPER SAUCON TOWNSHIP until 2:00 p.m., prevailing local time, on May 29th, 2026, at which time they will be opened, and the results will be publicly displayed on PennBid soon thereafter.
Bidding Documents will be available at no cost at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com starting May 1st, 2026 at 2:00pm.
There will be a mandatory Pre-bid meeting at the project site, 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA 18034 on May 13th, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. in the Public Meeting Room.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the order of UPPER SAUCON TOWNSHIP executed by the bidder and acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the base bid amount.
UPPER SAUCON TOWNSHIP hereby reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted, or any portion thereof, and also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in bids received, when, within the sole discretions of the Township, such rejection or waiver is in the best interests of the Township.
