RFP25-023 CYBERSECURITY ASSESSMEN

The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit proposals for acceptance by the Borough to refine and update KPB’s 2021 Cybersecurity Assessment, developing a roadmap for future improvements, and providing technical guidance appropriate to a public-sector government entity.

A pre-proposal conference will be held July 9, 2025 via Zoom Conference at 11:00 AM. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.

This project shall be funded in full through the US Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency, a federal pass-through program administered by the State of Alaska Division of Homeland Security & Emergency Management. The full and complete terms and provisions of which shall be incorporated by this reference in the RFP and in the covered transaction. Federal funds for this project are identified by the Assistance Listing Number 97.137 State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program.
