RFP Classroom & Computer Lab Management Software

Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a contract with qualified Offerors to provide Jordan School District (JSD) with Classroom & Computer Lab Management Software solutions. This is intended to be a multiple award solicitation.

*Special Note: Contracts from previous RFP 26TH01P5 will lapse after Year 1 or after June 30, 2026 at the discretion of Jordan School District. The previous contracts did not provide viable solutions for computer labs, and school district administrators have requested that the previous contracts lapse and a new RFP process be conducted. Please note the changes in this solicitation for Category A: Classroom Management Software; and Category B: Computer Lab Management Software. Please note requirements for each category. If your solution operates from the Operating System (OS), you can qualify for both categories, and all documents for both categories will need to be filled out completely in order to be considered for award.
This RFP is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Chapter 63G-6a, and applicable Rules found in the Utah Administrative Rules (UAR). If any provision of this RFP conflicts with the UCA or UAR, the UCA or UAR will take precedence.
