Eastern Overlay (Fall, FY 25-26)

The scope of work includes furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures, and services required for a 2” asphaltic concrete overlay on 910 linear feet of Concho Circle in the Village of Oak Creek, 996 linear feet of Sage Brush in Spring Valley, 1,001 linear feet of Squaw Valley Drive, 285 linear feet of Garnet Lane and 1,887 linear feet of Velda Rose Road in Black Canyon City. The project has approximately 1,735 tons of asphaltic concrete with PG 70-10 binder. Other associated work includes adjusting 4 manhole frames and 1 sewer cleanout frame, 8,581 linear feet of shoulder build-up and grading, and re-establishing pavement markings on Sage Brush Drive, Squaw Valley Drive, and Velda Rose Road. All work is to be done in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents .

There has been a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 16, 2025, hosted by Yavapai County Public Works through an online virtual meeting portal.  Detailed meeting instructions will be included in the contract documents.  Any questions or concerns about the project will be addressed at that time.
