REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL : 2025 2026 NYS OCFS Youth Team Sports Programs RFP

The mission of the Westchester County Youth Bureau is to ensure equity and access to formal and informal services, supports, and opportunities for children, youth, and families to thrive. The Bureau relies on the philosophy of Positive Youth Development and the New York State Touchstones Framework through which it organizes services, opportunities, and supports to help young people develop to their full potential. A new fund that was created under the New York State Office of Children and Family Services in the state fiscal year 2023-2024 budget has been continued in 2025-2026 to provide awards to support youth team sports programs for underserved youth under age 18. The Bureau invites eligible not-for-profit and community based organizations to respond to the Youth Team Sports Programs Request for Proposal. Selected organizations will be contracted to provide Youth Team Sports Programs for youth to learn and participate in team sports while integrating the eight features of youth development.
