Request for Qualifications for On-call Construction Inspection Services

Project Description: City of Milwaukie (City) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and experienced engineering firms for construction inspection services of public improvement and construction projects on an on-call, as needed basis. Proposers should possess strong qualities in communication, timeliness, and competency. A complete description of services is provided under Section 3 of this document. The City intends to award two (2) contracts for a maximum duration of six (6) years and up to $750,000 each.

Proposals will be submitted electronically through the City’s Procurement Portal. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. PDT, on Thursday, June 5, 2025, for the purpose of selecting a proposal who evidences the highest level of quality performance and technical competence. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
