Project Description: It is the intent of the City of Brownsville, Texas to solicit sealed competitive bids for the furnishing, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of traffic signal communications and monitoring equipment within the City’s existing signal infrastructure. Work includes installation and setup of Field Monitoring Units (FMUs), Roadside Units (RSUs) with associated CAT 5 cabling, and cabinet-mounted network switching and power supply equipment, along with system testing, verification, and closeout documentation for acceptance.
